Configuration Files
-------------------

YAML-format configuration files are used by several ``HTPolyNet`` subcommands, including :ref:`run <configuration_run>`, :ref:`postsim <configuration_postsim>`, and :ref:`analyze <configuration_analyze>`.  Each of these subcommands expects some keyword:value pairs to appear in the configuration file.
